Totally made of strong fabric, it has hard and secure shoulder straps, zippers and top handle. Its big size allows you to put a lot of things inside, of different shapes. I actually have some Legal size books that fits perfectly and there is even more space above. The small pockets inside are perfect for cellphone, keys, pens and cards. The laptop section is very padded and with Velcro for more security. I love my new backpack!! :)"
